More Abuse of Fabrice
Dear MG Van,
I am writing to express my further concern about what is happening to my husband. This time, though, the occurrence of harassment, debasement, and incivility happened at Fort Sill.
First, though I wish to thank you, and, especially, Captain Bor and his personnel, First Sergeant Bur, Staff Sergeant Off, and Lieutenant Colonel Sta, who have gone above and beyond, all the time, since I first contacted you. They are to be commended for their professionalism, civility, kindness, empathy, politeness, and respect.
And, even though she is not a part of your command, SFC M Vel in San Antonio has always been calm, professional, and honest. For your personnel mentioned above, and for her work, I am sincerely appreciative.
Second, the problem. Because of the lies and entrapment of my husband by SFC Vercautrin, SFC Valenzuela, their cronies, and the MEPS personnel in San Antonio and San Jose, an investigation has begun into what was done to my husband. That is perfectly reasonable. However, this morning, an investigator spoke to my husband, alone, and in English. There was no interpreter, no translator, nothing in writing (as my husband can read English better than he understands it). That investigator, whose name I do not know said numerous things to my husband. When my husband said that he did not understand, from what my husband could tell, the man accused him of lying, laughed in his face, mocked him, mimicked him, using a French accent to make fun of my husband's lack of comprehension, etc. I am at a complete loss. I do not understand why on earth anybody in the Army would deem it appropriate to send someone in to speak to my husband, without an interpreter, as if my husband were a lying criminal and not the victim of certain members' of the Army's lies, manipulation, and entrapment.
I will, of course, notify the appropriate authorities in France and in the United States of this further violation of my husband's civil rights, not to mention basic human rights to respect, civility, and freedom from victimization.
Please let me know how this part of this complete fiasco is to be resolved.
Sincerely,
Danielle A. Sainton
