My depression is taking over my life.

Sometimes I wish I were an alcoholic. Then I could go into rehab and get some real help!

I understand (or think I do) how you are feeling... depression is an awful disease/disorder and is made doubly bad because there are no outward, physical symptoms. There is help and there is treatment. I've found an amazing psychiatrist who is willing to work with me and medications to find a happy balance.
I hope you can find peace and help.
